Science of Human and Natural Emergencies
Understand the Science Behind Emergencies.
You will learn basic first aid, CPR, AED, and bleeding control techniques that can be used in any situation especially if you find yourself in a disaster. Not only will the how be taught to you but the science behind the why will also be discussed in detail for each of those areas. No community is entirely safe from natural disasters, but there are actions everyone can take to be better prepared. Lessons will focus on ways to prepare for a disaster and how to respond and help once the immediate danger has passed.
